My goal is to celebrate the differences that make you who you are, and use them to build a treatment plan that is individualized and unique to your needs. My therapy style is person-centered and non-judgemental, rooted in techniques of psychodynamic and Internal Family Systems therapy with elements of DBT, ACT, and mindfulness practices. My areas of focus include depression/mood disorders, anxiety, childhood trauma, grief, self/racial/cultural identity concerns and more.

Before working at Stone Catchers Counseling, I interned and worked at Guiding Light Counseling for 4 years where I provided therapy for students in the Valley View school district at the elementary, middle, and high school level.
