We live in a world today where we are faced with chaos, stress, and difficulties that may often leave us feeling defeated, broken, unheard, and even confused about the direction we are heading in life. My goal is to provide a safe space where you are comfortable sharing your innermost thoughts and feelings while empowering you to overcome the obstacles you may be facing. My approach is to first provide a peaceful and stress-free environment while using my skills to help you navigate and find solutions for your thoughts, challenges, and emotions that you may be experiencing.

I am the first to admit that finding the right therapist that you can confide in can be overwhelming and a bit stressful. However, I am here to ease that stress and provide you with care and compassion coupled with a gentle touch to help you start your healing process. Not only will we work together to initiate your healing process, we will also highlight your strengths that will serve as building blocks to better strengthen your coping and communication skills through an interactive and conversational approach.

I am culturally sensitive and have experience with all ages and populations including adolescents, adults, and families with an emphasis surrounding depression, anxiety, grief, and more. I am open to supporting you in any capacity and I also offer evening sessions for your convenience.
