Kelly Mann sees clients, adolescents and older, at Stone Catchers Counseling. Kelly is experienced in treating Bipolar and related disorders, Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Trauma and Stress related Disorders, Disruptive, Impulse Control and Conduct Disorders and Substance related and Addictive Disorders.
Kelly Mann graduated with her Masters in Health Science with a focus in Addictions in 2007. She received her license as Professional Counselor in 2016. She has primarily worked in the residential setting throughout her career. She has provided therapy to adolescents and families individually, within groups and family therapy. She provided treatment for individuals with anxiety, behavioral issues, family/relationship issues, stress, self-esteem, trauma, anger and addictions. She has been trained in a variety of counseling interventions.
Kelly customizes her approach to each client needs and utilizes techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, supportive therapy, solution focused therapy and client centered therapy. Kelly believes that "listening to others and building that rapport to explore issues/concerns in a safe environment is vital to the healing process". Kelly states that "being a part of that process is humbling and rewarding".
